Who's Rod?
Fair question! Just another person who happens to work in the information technology field. My odd jobs have included being the IT Director for a federal bank, teaching e-commerce and networking at a private university, B2B websites focusing on legacy systems integration, and consulting with companies to correct dysfunctional IT departments.
Currently I primarily spend my time on B2B web development with the occasional IT consulting on non-web related issues. I know COBOL and was programming Internet applications before the first web browser existed. (Yes I have graying hair).
This is just a place to collect my tips, tutorials, articles, and a forum to share my musings on the "State of The Web" and web application design (e.g. the abhorrent lack of web security.)
FAQ. Why is this site written in HTML 4.01 Strict and not XHTML 1.1?

The OWASP Top 10 2010 RCI was released at AppSec DC. Dave Wichers as project lead made the presentation. He has uploaded both the presentation and the Top 10 itself to the OWASP wiki. The presentation is in .pptx format, and the Top 10 is a PDF document. They can both be found at the top of the Top 10 project page: http:// www.owasp.org/index.php/.
