Fair question!  Just another person who happens to work in the information technology field.  This is just a place to collect my tips, tutorials and a forum to share my musings on the "State of The Web" and web application design.

I'm currently working on some tutorials on web development best practices and administering a forum for computer experts who volunteer their time to help other people learn technology.
